Client Call Specialist

As a call specialist you will volunteer out of United Way of Salt Lake answering tax preparation calls. This process is so vital to the success of clients. For many families this is the first time they have sought help of any kind. You would be the first person to assist a family in need. A very important role.

As a volunteer you would:

• Answer phone calls about Earn it. Keep it. Save it. and the free tax preparation program
• Make appointments for qualified participants
• Inform participants of items and materials needed for tax preparation
• Make reminder phone calls to clients

Don't worry you won't need any formal tax knowledge. Earn it. Keep it. Save it. will provide an orientation and training for you. There is also a very flexible schedule!
